Staff and rooms are very good here, had a comfortable stay in this downtown San Jose hotel.

Fairly clean, ideal hotel, brand-new rooms and helpful staff.

The hotel is contemporary and fairly clean, I liked its perfect staff and location. It is centrally located 1 mile away from Bo Club.

We had 1 special day here, would recomand the place. The staff were best and accommodating, everything was great. Enjoyable and perfect breakfasts on level 5, loved it. The service was great with parking nearby.

The property was clean and centrally located in front of the square of the national theater. The food was outstanding and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. Very central location of this hip new hotel was a bonus.

We loved this place, it's superior. Location close to main museums as well as shops.

Silent and updated room, best possible position. All in all it's clean place, they have cozy beds.

The rooms with safe and good amenities, as example. Location: the hotel was close to the national theater and stores and museums. Also, the property was easy walk to Pre-Columbian Gold Museum.

Pretty much what I expected: brand-new hotel, reasonably priced. Absolutely charming staff, nice building, well-kept rooms. Unbelievable location, easy walk to pre colombian gold museum. I got free upgrade and liked it. Wonderful cocktails and wines in the downstairs bar, secure parking place.

Had fine stay overall, effective place and the weather was beautiful.

The staff was absolutely brilliant, the beds were big, and the room was very specious. And it also had marvellous view. Central location, not very far from a famed park. The restaurant was unique, I ordered special dishes.

Good value, spotless, perfect breakfast. It was centrally located near the beach. Had cold wines, great cocktails and martini in the English bar.

fantastic breakfast, impeccable service. it was centrally located, easy to move around. btw, went to city center, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. wake up calls and ironing were free of charge too.

Everything was as second to none as it could be. The staff did all they can for an outstanding stay. Lots of supplies in the room: climate control, flat-screen TV and closet space. The hotel was centrally located.

Best base for exploring San Jose. Great hotel with really attentive staff. The venue has a wonderful location. We thoroughly enjoyed the room with a minibar, a private safe and ironing facilities...

Comfortable bed and loved great breakfast. The king room had everything you need, climate control, a laptop-compatible safe and a writing desk. We dined out at Delfines con Amor, set around 4-6 minutes away by foot the hotel.

Tenedor Argentino is located within 300 feet from the hotel. The property was situated next to the to Heredia Central bus stop, just 15 minutes walking distance. Close to plaza de la cultura and other attractions. Location in the heart of the city was a plus.

The location was PRIME, no complains at all. Rooms were good sized. Restaurants and cafes in the surroundings. Hotel was not far from such places as barrio mexico.
